It's recess week now! :)
Although it's not much of a difference as mentioned by XiaoQing 'cos we(Linguistics students) don't have mid terms to mug for. But we do have assignments due here and there ok! hahaha

So today was a day spent with my uni peeps and it was awesome! :)
Went Fassler(a seafood company that specialises in manufacturing salmon) for a tour, and checked out the few factory outlets around that area which included Secret Recipe(they're selling their cakes @ 2 for $52 till this Sat!), Bee Cheng Hiang where I bought a slice, Boon Tong Kee the famous chicken rice store though they only sold some ingredients there.
After which was Cold Stone creamery! Tried the Strawberry blonde which was pretty good and bumped into mediacorp actor Zhang Yao Dong. lol nothing's exciting when you meet local artistes actually.

Caught Johnny English with Karen and IT IS A MUST WATCH FOR A GOOD LAUGH!!! (Y)
Totally LMAO ROFL!

Met XQ @ Raffles Place and we had BARCOOK BAKERY'S RAISIN CUSTARD BUN! IT'S THE BOMB I TELL YOU, IT'S WAY TOOOOOOO YUMMY!!!
I'm dying for more!
and we turned rounds and rounds in the CBD buildings and couldn't find the Gelato outlet that XQ claims to be damn good. :(
Finally, Laurence & JaeYing joined us and off we went to Lau Pa Sat!
One whole table of yummy food: Satay, Pineapple rice, BBQ Stingray, Hokkien Mee, Fried Oysters + Egg & Flour(omg I forgot what it's called) & Sugarcane juice!
Damnnnnnnn good!
& Timbre(pronounced Tum-bre with the throat sound in French) to end the night on a good note. ;) Btw it means crazy(as in high) in French. ;)
