I am still jobless. :(
PLEASE TELL ME WHERE TO WORK TO EARN GOOD CASH! PUHLEASEEE.
I declare myself bankrupt, except that I'm still allowed to leave the country. -_-
nonono, can't be bankrupt, bad image to be employed. :S
I've been filling in at least one application form to different jobs everyday since wednesday.
calling 100 has been THE THING.
mummy has been pressing me to go for the walk-in interview at OG. hmmm, shall see.
being a cashier at NTUC shall be my last resort. want to die already!!!


To think that we're so goddamn broke, Atika, Saiful & me can still watch a stupid movie upon seeing a big banner in AMK Hub that says movie tickets at $6 for students from Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm.
TEMPTATIONS ARE HARD TO RESIST! & that cost our KFC chicken to fly away!
sense our desperation man, we saw that banner at around 5.25pm.
then we're like, WHOA! WE STILL GOT TIME LEH! QUICK QUICK, WANT OR NOT? LET'S GO UP NOW!
then we immediately walk-run up the escalator & checked the movie time.
"EH EH! 5.40pm 5.40pm! STILL GOT TIME! WANT OR NOT WANT OR NOT?"
"OKAY LAH SET LAH SET! QUICK BUY QUICK BUY!"
"SAIFUL, STOP STARING, GIVE US YOUR EZ-LINK CARD!"
"WANT POPCORN OR NOT? CHECK THE COMBO PRICE! QUICK QUICK!"
"EH EH! KACHANG PUTEH(sp) LEH! WE BUY THIS LAH!"
so, we ended up buying 3 of them, bringing it into the cinema.
& guessed what?
we finished everything when the movie only started for 5min. -_-
HAHAHA.
I just think the conversation was funny after recalling.
but 4 Christmases really not worth $6, maybe it will only be worth it($4) if we're senior citizens which are above 55 years of age. hahaha!

we were like hungry yet penniless(sp) after the movie, so we ended up eating McChicken & Double Cheeseburger for dinner which cost us only $2 each. HAHAHA.
okay, at least I still had some food at home, to fill my half empty stomach. ;D

OH YA!
we had a damn good laugh in the MRT on the way home.
we're like saying, "LET'S GO WORK FULLERTON HOTEL MAN!"
"YA YA YA! LET'S GO BE CLEANERS!"
"EH NOT BAD LEH, CAN EARN $1500(according to atika)!"
"CAN LAH, WE GO WASH TOILETS, VERY CLEAN ONE!"
&yada yada yada
"EH SAIFUL, GO CHECK INTERNET TONIGHT AH! SEE GOT JOB VACANCIES OR NOT!"
we're laughing like crazy lah, just imagine us in cleaners' uniforms man. HAHAHA!

Anyway, headed to NJC for the band tune-in today together with atika, liling & dolly.
yes, we're the only commonwealthians from CMB. (duh!)
I didn't know what to expect, but the whole process turn out to be pretty fine. (:
I didn't regret going, it was really a new experience & enjoyable morning spent.

YOUJING SOLO IN THE SAXOPHONE SECTION MAN!
yes yes yes, I'm the ONLY saxophone player who went for the tune-in.
guessed it on the bus when Priscilla called & asked where I was.
then she say THEY were coming to the bus-stop to fetch me.
so obviously, the whole section came to fetch me, and obviously again, I was the only one so they only had to entertain me. LOL. (just kidding)
but the 4 of us just followed them from the bus-stop all the way to the main school entrance, which was really far. :/
(RANDOM: WHY ARE JCs SO FAR FROM THE BUS-STOPS?)

The first thing we did was TALK.
it was a GIRL POWER SECTION, all the J1s are girls.
but they're really nice & friendly. ;)
then Priscilla told me a lot of things, then I kept saying, "ya I know/heard about it".
then she's like, "how come you know everything? is there something you don't know? or can you just pretend not to know?" hahaha.
but those things I just happened to hear from shoong & dolly lah. hahaha.
they're tempting me to go there now. lol.

while other sections are all busy having sectionals, the saxy section decided to take me on a school tour. HAHAHA.
I would say the school's pretty cool, toilets are really clean, EVEN WITH DETTOL, super hygienic seh! & there's bubble tea in the canteen! O_o
then there's this circle place then brings you to all parts of the school. interesting!
& there's a very nice view from the stop of the school!

full band was totally cool.
although sometimes I really didn't catch what Prof Ho was trying to say, & I really don't know what he's conducting, but the pieces they picked are really nice.
I miss band, totally!
It's been long since I last sat in a full band formation, playing in a big band. The feeling just make you become possessed & be totally involved in the music.
walao, I MISS MAKING MUSIC WITH CMB lah!
sigh, it seems that they're in quite a bad state now. :(

anyway, I like their current choice piece the most!
the song is really really nice, but the running notes thrown at your face are very nice too. :Q
couldn't sightread fast enough. BOOHOOHOO.
Japanese Graffiti is nice too! hee.
I miss playing my saxophone lah.
CMB IS REALLY BLESSED WITH GOOD INSTRUMENTS I TELL YOU.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THEM MAN.
people out there are using yamaha as their senior instrument when my sec 1 juniors are already using them!
I'm grateful I WAS so blessed. hahaha.

Games was interesting.
I just realised how much I sucked at playing Scissors Paper Stone. :S
& I had a hard time playing with a FH senior there 'cos we kept showing the same thing for nth times. hahaha

Born on 6 November '92 in Shanghai, virgin trip on the airplane at the age of 3 when she moved to Singapore. First language was Shanghainese. Only child thanks to the one child policy back then. Sang in the Choir in Primary School, played the alto saxophone in the military band in Secondary School, then the tenor saxophone in the concert band in Junior College. Currently majoring in Linguistics & Multilingual Studies in NTU. Part time Beauty Advisor for Lancôme Paris. Tutor for Primary & Secondary School students.
Learnt some basic design sketching(fashion), yoga and modern jazz - and loved them. Loves travelling, beauty stuff, food, photography and languages. Learning 日本語, Française & la lingua italiana. Wants to learn German and play the cello.
