Say Goodbye.

It's finally time to really say Goodbye. :(

I used to look forward to my own POP when I was in sec 1 and sec 2, I don't know why.

Even last year, I'm like thinking, whoa, my POP's next year!

& it finally came, without warning. D:

Actually there's warning lah, just that I purposely ignore it and didn't want to admit the fact that I have to step down.

It marked the end of my band journey in CMB, after 3 solid plus years.

I'm glad, I gave my fullest when I was part of it. (:

From the old bomb shelter band room, to dance room 3 which still has a nice view, to now, a "shut off from the whole world with thick curtains" band room.

All these would leave no beautiful memories, if the band wasn't there.

After all, it's the people that makes up the band that matters.

& the band that I'm once part of, and still proud of, is the Commonwealth Military Band.

Before POP,

the people just lost their power in the band went to watch the Kungfu Panda at Vivo City.

and they took stupid photos at the exact same place at the escalator again.

even the looks-old-yet-don't-seem-so-old woman wants to be part of us. LOL

ellise just don't want to smile. HAHAHA.

BUT!

that's not the main purpose.

we actually went all the way to Candy Empire again, and bought the band the 3-in-1 lollipops which cost a bomb! & bought the new leaders something there too.

OH.

we even chose our own presents. -.-

and for the guests and staff.

can't believe we had to do that even for our own POP. -_-

Then, we went to ellise house to write notes for every single member of CMB from sec 2s to sec 4s, signed on every single note.

That's not the point.

The point is, I hope the people will sense our sincerity.

Even the notes are short and somehow random, but we took time & effort to write it out.

HOWEVER,

MOST OF THE THE LOLLIPOPS WEREN'T GIVEN OUT ON POP.

we left them in the band room and totally forgot about it until the whole thing ends. >.<

let's hope they'll receive it. hm.

BAND CAMP!

1st day,

the breakfast people. :D

We wanted to hear their breifing, so we came as early as them.

In the end we had to escort the primary school kids cause they came 2h earlier than expected.

communication breakdown, tsktsk.

went to West Coast Park's McDonalds' after band prac on 1st day.

had troubles with the PART 3 gift for the saxy juniors, so I went home. (STILL NOT DONE YET! D:)

then went back with Saiful.

studied and watched a bit of the Euro2008 and left for the seaside(?)

lied and slept there, a few hours later, we were back at McDonald's for breakfast. HAHAHA

headed home, rested, bathed, went back to school again.

busy life huh? lol

slept in the classroom, then yadayada.

had free lunch at chinatown swensens. :p

did drills with the sec 2s again.

had "remedials" with them. hahahaha.

haiya, I miss them already. :S

had POP rehearsal, memorised the commands in a few min, not bad ah!

the standing part sucks lah, feet super pain, but come to think of it, I wouldn't have any chance after that. So just hanged on. hee.

Slept for 5h in 2 days, so laid flat beside the flagpole after the rehearsal.

had a talk at night, I didn't do any talking though.

WALAO EH, listen to Jericho & Safari can just make me cry man.

I miss the CMB sound lah. and all the memories just kept flashing back.

well well, hope the band will be better, that's like the last thing we could do.

I'm glad it's them whom I'm working with, and I really enjoyed leading the band with them. (:

all the Sheng Siong & Candy Empire trips, all the conferencing about band stuffs and ended up digressing non-stop, we've successfully mastered the art of digressing. LOL. all the crazy ideas, poses for pictues, gossips, teasings and laughings, is something I'll never forget.

I'll miss handling the band with them.

& we've officially LOST OUR POWER. lol.

I led them for the past 8 months, and Charlotte's taking over.

They're playful, yet serious.

I don't know how to describe them, sometimes I couldn't stand them, yet I couldn't bear to leave them alone.

Cause they belong to the Saxophone Section.

& that's where I belong.

They're the people whom brought so much joy during band practices, giving me memories that are etched so tightly in the heart.

Sorry, my dearest saxy juniors, I apologise for not doing a good job at times.

but I've definitely learnt a lot, gaining experiences while leading them.

YOU GO SAXY JUNIORS!

11 random things.

I'm impatiently waiting for the videos to be uploaded to my computer, so that I can watch and laugh my ass off again. (Saxy Juniors are so blessed so have such Saxy Seniors! HAHAHA. :D)
I've got ~~nothing~~ lots of revision and homework to do, yet I don't feel like doing any now. I need motivation & foooooood. :(
I'm home alone, and it isn't fun at all. D:
I'm blasting music.
I shall go out & get myself bubble tea & bread for lunch after this. :)
I need to get a new green pen. (oh, signo!)
I need a decent hair cut so badly. I want to snip off my fringe. But I'm so afraid of the outcome. :/ (I've never had a successful hair cut in my entire life from what I can remember.)
I'm going out with my fringe all pulled behind. O_o!
I want to change my blogskin.
I've got a sudden urge to go to school now. I'd rather attend lessons.
I WANT TO GO FOR BAND. D: I wonder what are they doing now.

Took 334 home with Cassandra on Tuesday.
She told me JC life isn't as fun as Secondary School life, and you'll definitely miss your Secondary School days.
Ya, I think Secondary School life's the best till end of Secondary 3, or rather till the day you step down from your CCA.
Cos' it's gonna be studies all the way after that, and it sucks big time, inside out, outside in, up & down, left right center! (faints)
