the concert was a total success, hope everybody enjoyed!

2 weeks of band break.
11th august resume. - SAIFUL's birthday.
oh, he's so touched. LOL

no more YPSB practises on wednesday nights.
i suddenly feel i'll miss them so much.
hope there's still chance for us to be together again!

YPSB concert!

what a life in July 2006!

it's gonna be over soon.
performance day today!
hope nothing screws up! (:
wish us luck.!


i'm so gonna miss everything.
though tired, but we enjoyed & had fun.
all the travelling on the bus.
when the uncle's always late.
and we have got to wait & wait & wait.
and always late & late & late.
lol. what an experience!
all the travelling on the taxi back home.
the 9x9 timetable english version we played.
concentration . the usual one.
but we enjoyed!
plus the big bus we had on wednesday night back to school!
blue lights at the side! so nice. ha

the crapping & laughings & jokes & lame stuffs we talked about.
especially with VENUS!!
:D oh laugh! haha.
& that crazy yiyong.
though he's bad!
always step on my s.h.e file. ):
& irritating people when he's not suppose to play. lol
but still can't believe he's the band major admin for xinmin sec lar. haha
& carol! no more laughs. haha
& i realised zhihong's a funny guy too. LOL
though he's seems to be quiet & obeident all the time. lala
& the meiying aka BJ. LOL.
& benjamin.
though didn't really talk to him a lot.
he seemed to be so quiet. lol

when the uncles always reject us when we had more than 4 people!

& ting ting always asked the taxi driver to turn left to go to the JE interchange bus-stop.

YPSB practice today.
FROM 9am - 5pm.
but as usual, the bus was 45min late, thus we were late.
about 9.30 then reach.
had a short sectionals on korean folk songs then went for full band until 1pm.
ate lunch with the saxes at the coffee shop.
the woman there so scary.
she don't have the coffee shop worker kind of look lar.
& her voice very low. so scary. )x
then went back.
sectionals from 2pm to 3.30pm.
Mr tan, Dr. Stotters & Kenneth all there.
so scary. but we played quite okay lar.
HAHAHA. & of course the funny yiyong keep making us laugh.
3.30pm - 6pm 's full band was damn tiring man!
mouth so pain. ):

after that, went to the same coffee shop with Venus, liling, ellise, ting, christopher & weiyao.
didn't bought from the western food stall, bought chicken rice.
yum yum. just that i can't stand the skin.
then the ice lemon tea in that nice plastic cup. (x
chatted all the way, lame venus made us laugh again. lol
then went 7-eleven buy sweets & drinks.
bought 2 stalks of flowers for amanda & padey.
how nice of us. (x
went back to NYJC, took our instruments & waited for the Mass Percussion concert to start.
we were the first few to went in lar.
so got to choose our seats. haha.
took videos & pictures.
Mr Pan & Lindsey so sweet sia! haha.
so HOT! >.<

then took taxi home with venus, ting & shannon.
& that's how we started laughing.
watched the videos i took.
then wanted to take pictures in the taxi, but too dark.
asked venus to use night mode, but turn out dark too.
so we finding the ligh source, but still dark.
then venus say bring the light from NYJC here.
HAHAHA. cause there was this super bright light we saw when waiting in NYJC.
then talked bout ba-lan-ga-de-shi. LOL
LAUGH LAUGH LAUGH!!!

made my stomach muscle & cheeks so pain. hahaha!

but, we enjoyed. :D

as usual YPSB after sectionals.
sectionals was so-so lar.
saw the uniform groups marching together.
so funny. (x
even when we were on the small bus (setting still in the school's parade square), they marched past!
& it's like their head so close to the glass window, if the driver's gonna move, i bet they will be knocked down.
lol!

had like about 20 min of sectionals.
then they said that the residents complained so everybody's coming back to the room.
& it's so damn noisy. haha!
until one JC guy shouted then everybody stopped and rested awhile until mr tan came.

finally was released around 8.40pm if i'm not wrong.
my mum keep calling me.

took taxi home with ting, venus, liying & christopher.

then sunday went to watch the ensemble performance at raffles hotel's jubilee hall.
not really big. but looks grand.
rushed to meet ting, leeling & rafiq at city hall control station after my piano lesson.
was so PINK yesterday.

so headed off to raffles shopping centre & ate mos burger there.

today went for individuals after school.
as usual, not many people turn up.
played moorside with ellise & christopher.
then play play until 5.15 like that then keep polishing my saxophone.
it's very very SHINY now.
with no finger prints. :D

7th Night Of July!
Happy Birthday Rafiq!

though he wasn't at sectionals, but wish him all the best for today.
no matter what, he's still our section mate.
so ya, sending my regards to him.

i said happy birthday to him this morning, but he said it's not gonna be a happy one.
i've got no idea why & didn't ask more.
then he wanted to play the Band music - 7th Night of July.
the sad thing was the councillors said he was bias.
so it wasn't played. ):

had sectionals until 4.30pm.
when my lips and mouth is like aching terribly.
& then still went to NYJC to have full band for YPSB.
with the JC people, seem so scary.
the girl keep talking to me. lol
gee. youngest in the section !
but quite fun, haha!
had some time laughing too.
spent most of the time counting rests. LOL
then the JC girl was pissed. haha!
keep wanting to go home watch CID 2.
finale today! bad ending somehow.

anyway yiyong was late today, & he's playing 2nd for moorside now.
he's solo was played by another JC girl now.
he seemed so unhappy. :cheers man! haha

took taxi home with christopher, venus & ting.
dropped off at my house there with ting on the taxi.

TOMORROW!
the Band is performing at the 3rd level stage of IMM at 2.20 - 2.35pm!

11 out of 38 people turn up? O_o
nevertheless, the same old ones turn up to light the day! ha
ate BBQ baked rice at pizza hut.
the boys ordered pizza
were chatting while wating for fel & mabel to arrive.
talk talk eat eat, decided to go KBox while the guys went to play lan.
then a while later, tony, vincent, julian & yi herng came.

didn't even sing then keep talking crap there.
waste money sia!
anyway sang a lot songs yesterday, was damn high lar! (:

29th June;
i think i forgot what i did.
school day, had band lo!
OHYA! we did the decorations for CIP.
siokhwee & me went out to buy stuffs too!
tiring day & stayed back in class to finish up math !

30th June;
touched the guitar.
oh music lesson we're gonna learn guitar! LOL
then went to hall to do the decorations.
climb here & there.
i'm so afraid of going down the ladder.
it seems that i'll just drop anytime. :anyway had some fun. lol
then went for sectionals.
play play until nothing to play.
so ran around, disturb the cornets & walk in and out of the class to see what are they doing.
haha. then packed up & went to help out.
did the decorations again.
somehow my instrument case's password was changed by accident .
so ya, scared me a great deal. ha!

1st July; today.
woke up at around 6.45am
then received an sms & ask me to go school myself.
so i ironed my band tee & went off.
who knows he reached earlier than me!
whatever.
then wanted to do things yet dunnoe what to do.
so walk around, then kena scolded by that sh. :in the end i still help alright!
did a lot of last min decorations.
stick balloons everywhere.
cause too many extras. haha
the programmes okay lar. but somehow not really attract my attention.
then went to find venus.
ate with atika, saiful, venus. mama milk was watching us. O_o
talk & crap a lot as usual.
then went back to school with venus.
took instruments & set off for Nanyang JC.
BIG place.
had sectionals with amk & xinmin saxes.
that xinmin guy named yiyong is super duper lame & funny.
HAHAHA! ting & me kept on laughing. (x
the pieces seem so difficult. O_o
rhythms that never appeared in CMB before.
but benjamin kept on counting, it didn't seem too tough after that.
just that the notes are way too low.!!

after that took taxi with venus & christopher.
headache again.
but can't sleep. LOL
ate lunch at JEC's mcdonalds while waiting for cassandra.
her euphonium's with us!
took a long time to contact her & she finally arrived.
took taxi home.
now i'm so broke lar!

Born on 6 November '92 in Shanghai, virgin trip on the airplane at the age of 3 when she moved to Singapore. First language was Shanghainese. Only child thanks to the one child policy back then. Sang in the Choir in Primary School, played the alto saxophone in the military band in Secondary School, then the tenor saxophone in the concert band in Junior College. Currently majoring in Linguistics & Multilingual Studies in NTU. Part time Beauty Advisor for Lancôme Paris. Tutor for Primary & Secondary School students.
Learnt some basic design sketching(fashion), yoga and modern jazz - and loved them. Loves travelling, beauty stuff, food, photography and languages. Learning 日本語, Française & la lingua italiana. Wants to learn German and play the cello.
